Weekly Wrap-up, November 26th-30th

Another week down – more photos made, more miles logged, more stories to tell. The past week started in Philly and is coming to a close on an airplane back from the great state of South Carolina. We’ve been getting ready for the end of the year and getting excited for 2013 on top of the usual business of making awesome pictures. It’s been a fun one, so keep reading to see what we’ve been up to these past few days…

Our week started back at home base in Philadelphia, getting organized and prepped for the next big run of editorial and commercial projects that will have us on the road right up until the holidays.

Wednesday night Chris and I hopped on a plane down to South Carolina for the first of a multi-location, multi-shoot editorial project we’ll be working on for the rest of this month.

As usual, I can’t show you who we’re shooting here… but I will tell you that the photos might have involved some very fast cars. And I just might have gotten to ride in one of those going very fast…

As far as what you may have missed this week on the internet:

 - We took a sneak peek behind the scenes from a recent landscape shooting adventure in New Mexico

 - We shared the story of meeting and photographing a Yellowstone Park Ranger

 - Heather Elder has an interview with Jason Lau, Senior Art Producer at Team One

 - APhotoEditor shows jarring and beautiful images from the aftermath of Hurrican Sandy on the daily edit

 - Fellow shooter Adam Voorhes has great behind the scenes of exploding a chili pepper for a shoot

Last but not least…

We’re glad to be headed back to Philly for the weekend… even if it is on one of these tiny planes.
